Do you ensure my dogs don't get out of the yard?
We are very conscientious about making sure that gates are firmly secured while in the yard and when leaving. We take extra care to ensure your dog(s) stay in the yard while we enter and exit.

Is there an extra charge for the first cleanup?
If it has been a while since the yard was last cleaned and there is a large amount of accumulated dog waste that needs to be cleaned up, an initial one-time fee may apply.

How am I charged for the dog waste removal service?
We will send you a bill (via email) on the first of each after the dog waste cleanup services are rendered for the previous month. A credit/debit card is required to be put on file to start the service. Cards will be charged on the 5th of each month for any outstanding balance.

How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the number of dogs and the frequency of dog waste pick-up. Click on the "Get a Free Quote" button to receive a free quote.

Do you clean all year?
Yes! We offer dog waste removal for yards all year round. Snow or inclement weather may delay our professional pooper scoopers from time to time, but we are usually able to catch up on our scheduled dog waste cleanup within a day or two. In winter, we may occasionally get snow that causes us to miss an entire week; in this case, we will credit your account 1/4 of the regular fee for the missed cleanup. This is because we will still have twice as much dog waste to clean up on the next scheduled visit. There may also be areas with snow or ice in your yard that we cannot remove waste from until it melts.

Do you take vacations or sick days? If so, how am I charged?
We usually take two vacations each year, which are typically a week long. When this happens, you will be charged in full for the missed cleanup. This is because we will still have twice as much dog waste to clean up on the next scheduled visit.

What happens if I get another dog?
